A Jacksonville native, Tim has always had a vested interest in the city that raised him. Being a local has afforded Tim the opportunity of witnessing Jacksonville expand and grow into the magnificent city it is today. Tim acquired his Bachelors of Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. He currently practices as a Nurse Anesthesiologist in the greater Jacksonville area. Real Estate has been a passion of his since childhood. Like many others Tim initially began his investing career in residential real estate. Witnessing the potential commercial real estate offered In regards to positively impacting local businesses while making a positive footprint on the cities landscape made transition into commercial real estate an easy decision. Tim now lives out his dream by facilitating a cost conscious work environment as well as helping fellow business owners pursue their entrepreneurial endeavors. Tim takes pride in being involved with local charitable organizations such as Best Buddies, Rethreaded, and was top fundraiser candidate for Real Men Wear Pink Clay County 2019!

Michael Boudreaux

While earning degrees in aviation and business from Jacksonville University Michael fell in love with the city of Jacksonville. Michael began his career as an educator while finishing up his M.B.A. where he discovered his passion for finance, education and helping others at an incredibly young age, which molded him into the successful financial advisor he is today. Mike's journey into the financial world began out of necessity, watching both of his parents rebuild their lives with limited financial means after their divorce. Michael has used his talents over the years in several capacities including pro bono work, VP of Jacksonville University Board of Directors, Financial Chair for Financial Foundations Board of Directors, and volunteering on his church’s Legacy team to name a few. An entrepreneur at heart Michael has started several successful businesses over his career. He first began investing in residential real estate almost two decades ago and moved into commercial real estate approximately six years ago.
