Dr. Tim Horvath DNP, APRN, CRNA

Tim Horvath is a sitting city council member for Neptune Beach and served as the Vice President of the Florida CCIM Chapter - North District. A Jacksonville native, Tim has always had a deep-rooted passion for the city that raised him. Being a local has allowed him to witness Jacksonville’s remarkable growth and transformation into the vibrant community it is today.
Tim earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of North Florida. He currently practices as a Nurse Anesthesiologist in the greater Jacksonville area.
Real estate has been a lifelong passion for Tim. Like many, he began his career investing in residential real estate. However, he soon recognized the immense potential of commercial real estate to support local businesses and leave a lasting positive impact on the city’s landscape. This realization made transitioning into commercial real estate a natural and fulfilling decision. Today, Tim lives out his dream by creating cost-conscious work environments and assisting fellow business owners in pursuing their entrepreneurial goals.
Tim also takes pride in giving back to his community. He serves on the board for Jax Speech and Hearing, where he contributes to advancing services for those with communication challenges. In addition, he is actively involved with charitable organizations such as Best Buddies, Rethreaded, and American Cancer Society.

Michael Boudreaux

While earning degrees in aviation and business from Jacksonville University Michael fell in love with the city of Jacksonville. Michael began his career as an educator while finishing up his M.B.A. where he discovered his passion for finance, education and helping others at an incredibly young age, which molded him into the successful financial advisor he is today. Mike's journey into the financial world began out of necessity, watching both of his parents rebuild their lives with limited financial means after their divorce. Michael has used his talents over the years in several capacities including pro bono work, VP of Jacksonville University Board of Directors, Financial Chair for Financial Foundations Board of Directors, and volunteering on his church’s Legacy team to name a few. An entrepreneur at heart Michael has started several successful businesses over his career. He first began investing in residential real estate almost two decades ago and moved into commercial real estate approximately six years ago.
